Here and Now

The thing to always do is start from now and don't let you tell yourself any differently.  You can only change your mind first and your body will follow resulting in a momentum that is power gaining. Gravity may keep my feet on the Earth but its also the cause of inertia when you try to stop fast. Like a person flying out their windshield or a train you just keep your trajectory.

I am going to make memories like muscle with one foot in front of the other and back again to build past these limitations that are temporary to me.
In the human brain, planning for any given movement is done mainly in the forward portion of the frontal lobe. This part of the cortex receives information about the individual's current position from several other parts. Then, like the ship's captain, it issues its commands, to Area 6. Area 6 acts like the ship's lieutenants. It decides which set of muscles to contract to achieve the required movement, then issues the corresponding orders to the "rowers"—the primary motor cortex, also known as Area 4. This area in turn activates specific muscles or groups of muscles via the motor neurons in the spinal cord.
Practice makes perfect and steady wins the race. One day I'll look at how much I've changed and how stronger I am. I look at it today, in my minds eye a trajectory of the past. I am so thankful I pressed play.
         Today I start Insanity. A new old start where I only took the fit test just like the first time with no work out before. I'm been needing this rest period I'm okay, but I have some issues with joint and back pain. I have been here before. Its the same and yet so different. I lost more than 25lbs without dieting. I was over eating actually. I have myself in check now thanks to God that is giving me the strength to keep going. I use a Team beachbody   3 day cleanse and now I am using vegan Chocolate Shakology. I love being healthy and I don't ever want to let go of this momentum. Trust and believe is a Shaun T mantra tried and true for me over and over. I should probably send in for my tee shirt since I so jokingly said I needed the shirt so bad I had to do this program. Probably?! Nevermind I'm doing it! :)http://www.teambeachbody.com/home
